Partly to help out the restaurant, Livingston's in Linlithgow, and partly for my college style life, i had the opportunity to shoot some still life food.

Really are nice folks at Livingstons and i can testify to the desserts being utterly awesome.

From top to bottom, the dishes are:-
  • Banana Crumble, Caramelised Pineapple, Coconut Sorbet
  • Vanilla Parfait, Poached Rhubarb, Coconut Sorbet
  • Slow Roasted Duck and Foie Gras Cannelloni's Caramelised Onions, Spinach, Pedro Ximénez sauce
  • Whisky and Orange Cured Salmon, Rocket, Orange and Shallot Vinaigrette
  • Seared Loin of Wild Local Venison, Pickled White Cabbage, Onion and Thyme Puree & Beetroot
  • Seared Islay Scallops, Roast Pork Belly, Aubergine Puree, Vegetable Vinaigrette
  • Fillet of John Dory, Fried Calamari, Herb Risotto, Spring Onions, Amalfi Lemons

Good stuff, the scallops are my fave, they look really appetising, and I HATE seafood so that's quite an accomplishment :)
