LOLA

This is my first attempt at a bottle shot for my advertising module at college, actually really quite happy with it.

It's a comp of 3 different versions of the shot, one for the flower top and front text, one for the gold neck, and lastly one for the bottle itself. Each one was comp'd together and sat onto a fake gradient background layer.

There's approx 15 layers in the original photoshop file and this took around 6 hours to piece together.

It's not perfect by any means and there's plenty i'd like to change but i think this will be my submission.

For the techy's out there it was shot using a Mamiya RB67 with a Leaf 16MP MF back tethered to a Powermac and using Elinchrome Lighting packs. Backlighting uses an Elinchrome head with reflector attached and shot through some diffusion material. Frontal lighting comes from a softbox from camera left and reflector on camera right.
